As a licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor (LCADC), and national certified counselor (NCC), I bring extensive clinical experience from hospital settings, private practice, and even international work. Holding a master’s degree in mental health counseling, I was inspired by a divine calling to establish Armor Counseling Services—dedicated to helping individuals break free from the burdens of anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, abuse, generational conflicts, grief, addictions, first responder issues, motherhood, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, and much more.

My approach to treatment is based on the concept of building a therapeutic alliance and promoting healing by identifying the source of the pain. Healing is not a linear process! There is no one-size-fits-all therapy approach! Every client is unique with individual needs, so I tailor it to you. I provide Trauma-Informed Therapy services as well as Culturally Responsive Care. I am versatile in the Person-Centered, Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral and the Psychodynamic approaches and incorporate aspects of these in session. I also provide Christian Counseling integrating both Psychological principles with Theological/Biblical wisdom upon request.
